  • How can you make a purchase?
    For customers located on the mainland all purchases are made in store. If you are located on any one of the Grenadine islands we do daily deliveries to the Ferry, orders should be placed at least 12-24 hours prior to the boat’s departure time send us a message or fill out this form to place an order.

  • Do we repair phones other than Samsung and iPhones?
    We repair all smartphones however we may not have the parts in stock for models outside of Samsung and iPhones for eg. Google/Huawei parts are ordered upon request.
  • How can I get my phone repaired if I live in the Grenadines?
    We do daily pickups and drop offs to the ferries, prior to placing your phone on the boat please send us a message 12-24 hours in advance to confirm.
  • Do we iCloud unlock/sell Motherboards?
    We DO NOT and we do not intend on offering these services anytime in the future.

  • How long do repairs take?
    All repairs are returned on the SAME DAY. On average the process takes 1-2 hours, more complicated repairs such as housing and back glasses may take 3-4 hours.
  • Do we fix water damaged phones?
    It depends on the extent of the damage, once the board isn’t compromised we can take it from there. We suggest that water damaged phones should be dropped off at the store between the first 24 hours of water exposure. Click here for tips on what to do after water damage.

  • Can you purchase our parts and do your own installation?
    We DO NOT sell our parts to third parties , however we offer free installation for any part purchased in store.
  • What's the difference between a housing and backglass repair?
    In the housing repair, we replace the backglass, rear camera glass, and sides of your phone. In the latter, we replace just that (the backglass). Both repairs are cosmetic, often resulting in your phone appearing brand new. However, this depends on the extent of the phone’s overall damage.
